Welcome to the RWJBarnabas Health Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Portal

To improve the password reset experience, RWJBarnabas Health has enhanced the self-service password reset (SSPR) system to make it seamless, quick, and easy by remembering only one password for all the applications listed below (only applies if you have access) without having to call the Enterprise Service Desk.

  • Network password (used for logging into your computer, Citrix, VPN, and any applications that uses your network password)
  • The Bridge
  • PeopleSoft HCM (ESS and MSS)
  • PeopleSoft FSCM (Financials and Supply Chain)

How do I reset my password?

Please login to the SSPR site https://rwjbh.identitynow.com/passwordreset/default/reset-password to reset your password. Follow the instructions on the site to reset the password. You will receive the emails from SSPR after the password completion of the process. Please review the emails for any messages.

My password reset failed. What do I do?

The emails you received from the SSPR system indicate your password didn’t get reset on one of the applications. Please call the helpdesk at 855-453-1950 to get assistance for password reset.

What is my username? Peoplesoft user ID?

RWJBH employees use a 6-digit number (employee ID). CSH employee and non-employee use their SBHCS Network Username

I cannot access my mobile device (battery died, lost, etc.). How do I receive a 2FA code?

There are multiple ways for you to receive the 2FA code. You can request the code via email or SMS text message on registered alternate mobile phone or answer the registered security questions on the SSPR page.

I changed to a new mobile device (new phone); How do I install the Symantec VIP app?

Call the helpdesk at 855-453-1950 and open a ticket. The Security team needs to reset the user’s 2FA flag in Symantec application. After the reset is complete, follow the 2FA install guide on The Bridge website and use job aid for any further assistance.
